Great technicians. Very professional and knowledgeable. They had everything they needed to hang the TV including a vacuum to clean up. I will certainly use Ken’s again.

I brought my car here to fix my radio/speakers connection to each other. I was told when I made the appointment it would take no longer than 2-3 hours and to bring it in at 9:00am. I did as I was told and brought it in at 9:00 and was told I would get a call in a few hours and to just hang around the area until I could pick it up. At 11:14 I still had not gotten a call so I called them to check in, I was told to give them another hour or so and they would call me back. So, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued to just dilly dally in the area until I got a call. At 1:42 I still had not received a call so I called them and was told that I needed to give them even more time and to come back at 3:30 (I had to cancel plans to be able to wait on my car). So I arrive at Ken's at 3:30 and my car still is not done, I am told to just wait a few minutes and they will bring it out. I sat outside in their parking lot for an hour and forty minutes waiting for them to bring me my car and finally got it after 5:00. They did not even fix the full problem, my interior car door latch has been continuously coming off since then, and I did not receive any of my money back for them not fixi

I bought a stereo and had it installed at some discount shop, hoping to save a couple bucks. Unfortunately, the work was not up to standard, so I took it to Ken's. Scott took a look at it, helped me diagnose the issues, and told me a couple things I could do on my end to make things a little bit better. He talked to me about systems and installations that Ken's could provide, but it was in an honest, helpful, and informative way. There weren't any lies or high-pressure sales tactics you get from some other places. I wish I had just gone to Ken's in the first place. The next time I have stereo needs, I absolutely will.

I purchased a security system for my home over 6 years ago from Ken’s. I had to change phones a couple of times and we switched internet companies once. Me being somewhat technologically challenged, I could not remember how to navigate the system onto my new phone or internet. Kurt (service tech) has patiently walked this senior citizen through this process each time. He even face-timed me to see what screen I was utilizing. I know up charging and home service charges are at the top of a businesses bottom line. I would recommend this company for not only their excellent products but superior customer service. Newest technology with an old school customer service priority.

Kinda really disappointed. 1. I went in to have a box installed, custom if need be. Left with an all in one box and install kit. Took a bit for their schedule and my schedule to vibe so thats not my heart ach. 2. I asked while installing the amp if they could hook up the FM/AM wire. Rather than call me and ask where the adaptor was, they just didn't do it. 3. When I dropped the truck off I could Hotspot and listen to Pandora. When I picked it up, I could not because the sub "didn't get enough signal" from the head unit, so now I had to Bluetooth it inorder for the sub to work. Today, Thanksgiving day I had to go find a parking garage (raining) and pulled the head unit off to find that the GPS and WiFi adapters were unplugged, along with the MIC. Plugged everything in, tightened everything else.... and guess what? Everything works perfect. Kinda weird.
